Todd Welch: The Goal Is to Build Friendships and Lasting Relationships with Clients

Todd grew up in the Wild West of Wyoming in the town of Douglas, population 5,000 and home of the ever- popular-yet-never-seen Jackalope. He graduated from Colorado State University (GO RAMS!) in 1995 with a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and real estate. Before joining The Haas Team and RE/MAX Alliance, Todd worked in the financial securities industry. His love of investing and helping people meet their real estate goals is a true asset to his clients and The Haas Team.

In his spare time, Todd takes advantage Colorado’s great outdoors, his favorite sports including golfing, mountain biking, hiking and fly fishing. Todd and his wife, Lisa Haas Welch, always enjoy getting together with friends and planning annual trips.

For Todd, working with his family is a great experience. Each member of The Haas Team brings a different insight to real estate; however, the goal is always one in the same: to build friendships and lasting relationships with clients and have a lot of fun along the way.
