Ryan Haas: “Whatever Clients Need, We Get It Handled—We Take Care of People No Matter What”
In addition to continuing Phil’s legacy in real estate, Ryan took over from his father a quarter-century tradition in local golf, Uncle Phil’s Golf Classic, now known as Rhyno’s Golf Invitational. Typically, Ryan says, he plays on the worst team but always has a great time. He also is a huge fan of the Colorado Avalanche and Denver Broncos and loves snowboarding, playing hockey, and hanging out with his beloved bulldog, Elvis. Ryan describes real estate as being about relationships. “We really try to concentrate on building loyalty and treating others the way we would like to be treated. Rather than through advertising, our business comes through friends, referrals and repeat clients.” Ryan is a died-in-the-wool Coloradan who once moved as far from Arvada as Broomfield (about 15 miles) and loves his home. “I can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather live than in Colorado.” |

Ryan Haas says his dad, Phil Haas, is the greatest salesman because his style is to coach and guide. After Ryan had graduated from Colorado State University and had been to Ireland and back with the Work Abroad Program, Phil casually mentioned to him the idea of real estate, as in “Why don’t you work for me for a couple of months and see how it goes.” The result? Ryan says, “Going into real estate with my dad was the best decision I’ve ever made.”
